At the Delhi Foundation of Deaf Women (DFDW), we are dedicated to the all-round development of deaf children and their families. About the Workshop

  • The Delhi Foundation of Deaf Women (DFDW) continues to lead the way in promoting inclusivity and accessibility through its ongoing Indian Sign Language (ISL) Awareness Workshops. These workshops aim to bridge the communication gap between the deaf and hearing communities, while fostering a deeper understanding of deaf culture.

    Organized across schools, colleges, workplaces, and public forums, these workshops introduce participants to the basics of Indian Sign Language, helping them learn how to communicate effectively with deaf individuals.
